Our communication to the International Criminal Court

Article 15 of the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court provides for the possibility for a civil society entity to transmit a communication and evidence to the Office of the Prosecutor of the ICC. These communications are intended to inform the Office of the Prosecutor that facts that may be  characterized as crimes within the jurisdiction of the ICC have been committed or are being committed.

With the help of the online media Humanities, we have investigated open sources and continue to collect evidence and data on deported children.
