The mullahs' regime directly arms Russian aggression: its Shahed drones kill Ukrainian civilians every day. The Iranian people are rising up against the dictatorship of the mullahs, their Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei, the mafia-like caste of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC), the terror maintained by special courts, and mass executions. Iranians, this time of all generations, are confronting the repressive forces, seizing buildings and neighborhoods, and attacking Revolutionary Guard bases. Regime agents have already killed thousands of protesters, pushing cruelty and cynicism to the point of demanding exorbitant sums to return the victims' bodies to their families. The European Union and France must abandon their current reticence, which amounts to failing to assist a people in danger. Urgent action is needed:

• The Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps has been classified as a terrorist organization

• Strengthened sanctions targeting regime officials and its armed groups

• Freezing the assets of officials and blocking their financial transfers

• Guarantee of Iranians' access to free internet

• Countermeasures to hinder the regime's propaganda, repressive operations and arms trafficking.
