This series of conferences is organised by AFU Mriya Ukraine, the association For Ukraine, for their freedom and ours!, the Kyiv School of Economics, in collaboration with several French higher education institutions: Sciences Po Lyon, Sciences Po Aix, Jean Monnet University, Sciences Po Paris, Sciences Po Lille, Bordeaux Montaigne University, University of Poitiers.
